GrayStone CrossFit will be a combination of a CrossFit and Human Performance Gym. It will also have a strong focus in supporting recovering wounded Military Veterans.
GrayStone is in reference to a historic Large Home within the town the gym is located. It is also in reference to the idea that Stones represent strength, stability, and stay grounded. Stones can be rough, ugly, and hard but can be shaped into something like art, or a weapon.
