Web Design Brief

I currently run a social sport competition in Sydney and want to work on a side project.

I want to make a website for people looking to find all kinds of social/local sporting competitions near them in Sydney. This database will provide them contact details of the close competitions and notify the competition of the player looking.

For free I want players to be able to make accounts, choose a sport and an area, and then get given the contact details of the competitions nearby. The competitions also get sent the players details and they can contact each other.

Competitions can also enlist themselves on the website to help them find players.

I am looking for a web design that has a main focus on players finding competitions with the most straight-forward process. (Choose post code - sport interested in - told how many comps found in area - make account - get comps names and contact details - send email to selected competitions)

The design should emphasize that we are able to find you a competition nearby of the sport of choice, and allow them to put you in the right team by forwarding your details.

Hey guys!

Obviously the design brief I gave was far too vague and I didn't provide enough detail. For now, assume I will be changing the name, adding a logo and possibly (I'll see how the designs pan out) provide a wireframe of the website design.

If you have any ideas or additions to the brief I provided, or just want to go to town on rounding out the corners of the concept please shoot me a message.

Kind Regards,
Matt
