Established apartment rental community in an needs a modern, contemporary/urban-but-upscale logo for use on signs, business cards and online advertising. A single or preferably two color logo on a transparent background that uses an easy-to-replicate blue similar to that in the attached photo. The property is a gated community with luxury apartments in townhome-style buildings. Would like additional graphic to compliment name of company.
