Business Card Design Brief

Would like to create a business card that is able to be passed out to employees for them to pass to their referral candidataes who are looking for jobs; so they can easily take the card to one of our offices to apply for jobs. They will need to have our logo and something about Referral Bonuse; and on the flip side our phone numbers for offices; and place for the employee to put his/her name and the candidate being referred to put his or her name as well.
