Requirements

Must have

• please create a format that I can provide to a printer for making a brochure
• UPDATE: please if possible, have the size be 10'' wide by 11'' tall
• with the brochure opening from top to bottom like a calendar

Nice to have

• I like where you are going with this, can you put an image on the top of the page and the text on the bottom of the page
• when you are holding the marketing piece, it should be 10'' wide by 5.5'' tall, after you open the cover page, then it becomes 10'' wide by 11'' tall
• the top page is an image and the lower page is the message..
• so when you view it you see a picture and then text
• the front cover should have the logo image -

• on the inside pages 1-3 keep the tag line Physician Resources / Practice Management
• the contact info on page 4
