I do not have a logo, that is part of the design brief. Also the stationary is listed in the brief.

Hello! Just wanted to be sure about what you need in this project - 1. Logo 2. Stationery Design (Letterhead, Business Cards, Envelope) 3. Brochure Design. Please confirm if this is right and if it is, may I suggest that you increase the budget so that more designers can participate. You see the budget at present is sufficient for a logo contest.

Nope, for the time it takes a good designer to come up with this material, I am right on budget.  I work in this industry, I know how this works.  $260 is pretty good for an hours worth of work.
