General Mattis has a pretty big cult following in the US military. We're looking for a funny shirt that includes his face.

A few things that might help you out:

He was a 4 Star General in the Marine Corps.
He's known for his prolific use of knife hands.
His call sign was "Chaos."
Nicknamed "Mad Dog"

Shirt design can be anything.

His face with the words "Secretary of War" below. His face with "Secretary of Slaying Bodies/Making Stuff More Deader/Whatever."

His floating head blowing up terrorists with laser beams shooting from his eyes.

Anything goes, as long as you believe it'll resonate with the military community, incorporates his face, and is funny.
