Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a business we have set up in a small country town in regional Western Australia. We are calling our business "The White Star" and it is a multipurpose building which incorporates a cafe and retail space.
We would like to see designs that are fresh, quirky but also a little bit "country" as we are located in a farming area.
The final design should communicate "vibrant and welcoming"
