Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a label for our apple cider.
We want something clean and simple, minimal use of colours, would consider black and white.
We have been considering a label with a corrugated iron background with a litlle rust, brown and blue, (like the rust on a copper coin)... and some text that follows the corrugation... as though it is printed directly on the iron. The label could also have some letters "rusted through".
A potential logo we were thinking 2 axes criss crossed, representing the tin man.
below is a rough idea, we are not fixed on this and are open to other ideas.
