Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company named "Il Mio Sogno" it's an Italian phrase literally means "My dream or this is my dream"
our purpose is to teach euro-region stuff like language, spread culture, and offer international study service.
I don not have a specific idea about Logo, but my friend gave me an emblem looking logo, it does not fit me well but maybe an option. I welcome any kind of type and thought dynamic, active, or philosophical coz I'd like to know your purpose of design and any underlying meanings of it.
