Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Sydney, Australia offering specialised home renovation services. We like the colours blue and white but not dark colours, open to pastel or brighter colours or brighter colours - these colours aren't polarising to either men or women and we see it as fresh and bright. I also like a grey colour scheme but not too dark. Open to suggestions on what other colours would work and what combinations work well. I don't want the logo to look childish however also don't want it to look to premium as people will then think my services are too expesive.
