Logo Design Brief

I need a dual purpose logo that will have the overall business name and then division title as a sub line.
So the business name is Jagger Tool Group and examples of product lines that will be sold under niche websites include Impact Sockets, Torque Multipliers, Torque Wrenches, etc.

So the logo would lead with JAGGER and then a sub line of TOOL GROUP under that and then finally the product line and in this case it would be IMPACT SOCKETS. The logo could include an illustration of an impact socket or grouping of sockets (look at Google Images for impact sockets).
IMPACT SOCKETS ARE TOOLS, LIKE A SOCKET AND WRENCH SET, NOT THE TYPE OF SOCKET THAT IS AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET. SOME INITIAL DESIGNS USED AN OUTLET. SEE SOCKET IMAGES UPLOADED.
I want the color scheme to be dark, probably black and blue, using the police / blue lives matter coloring style or something close. These are heavy duty industrial tools so it needs to look strong. Inspiration in logo could be DeWalt or PROTO or other leading industrial tool companies. See attached sketch that is a start to the logo for an idea of font styling and weathered treatment that might be nice, but feel free to open this up to whatever you think would work best.

• It may be that tool group is smaller than impact sockets
