Illustration Design Brief

We are a startup in Italy, and we need to tell our users how to use the product.

We help employees at companies to solve their problems, ranging from having a bully boss, to a colleague you don't get along with, to having too many time wasting meetings, or simply te report a broken printer.

To do this, we need to tell the story of how this process works. The steps involved are (and this is what we need the illustrations for) are:
1) Employee is being bullied
2) Employee is stressed and don't know how to solve the problem
3) Employee finds our product and decides to give it a try (still skeptical)
4) Employee searched for his problem (bully boss)
5) Employee identifies the best person to solve the problem (think superman colleague)
6) Employee's colleagues sees the problem of the bully boss (even though employee logged it as anonymous), and votes that they have seen it too
7) "Superman colleague" gets everyone's input as to how to fix the problem
8) "Superman colleague" fixes the problem
9) Every month everyone is asked if the bully boss problem is still fixed / resolved

We need 9 illustrations to explain the 9 steps, in a fun but professional manner.

We were thinking of illustrations / characters that look similar to the attached file.
