Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for this year's National Conference, held in Auckland, New Zealand.
The theme for this year's conference is 'BEYOND OUR LIMITS' so the logo must tie in with this theme.
We would like to build on the logos from the previous two years (attached).
Please incorporate some of our brand colours (refer to TY company logo) but only as complimentary to the other colours at your discretion - we don't want these colours to be the focus.
Please incorporate the brand somewhere within the logo, either our logo or the ++= (see previous year's logos for examples).
Brief is clean, simple and unique.
Please include sponsors' logos as attached, with two different examples:
Gold = ValuePRO, Silver = CoreLogic, Bronze = Valocity, and
Gold = ValuePRO, Silver = Valocity, Bronze = CoreLogic
