Wordpress Design Brief

wordpress opening page that can be inserted in already existing design for the back end, but with a new look for the splash page. Our company is about consciousness, being grounded and doing good work in the world, learning energy healing and depth psychology - not interested in the typical lotus flowers or chakras etc. I have included design elements I am interested in working with and would love your help making it all work together. The side bar, listed below as "old lionheart splash page" (to see it as it is online now, lionheartinstitute.com) on the right MUST BE INCLUDED on the page, but can be reformatted to work with new design.
