Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo to create a brand a Premium eye health care and eyewear boutique. I'm located in Niagara on the Lake old town. I have been in business for 20 years. Emphasis on professionalism, eye health, sight for life, preventative eye care, and high end designer eyewear boutique. Practice mottos: we provide the best possible care to every patient, every time. And Sight for life. My office is traditional cherry wood with slate tile look floors. We have up to date modern diagnostic machines and each employee is certified/trained.
