Logo Design Brief

we need a logo design for a new company based in Australia.
We print books, magazines and catalogues for an international clientelle.

I have attached some books from clip art and as an idea would place the wording on 3 books only (on the spines)
but this is just a suggestion.
punchy, corporate style with appropriate font styles
would appreciate a logo which incorporates book pictures either in a classical drawn concept or a photographic reproduction. but it needs to be simplified for any application. ie from large format to business cards and email signatures.
nothing floral
should not have script text font
should not have overly complicated elements which will not reproduce in every application.
