This logo will be for a mixed-use/multi-family development in St. Petersburg, FL. The logo should be simple and include a mid-century/70s/atomic design with an emphasis on the "S" in Sur. The style of the development project is a mix of art deco/mid-century/70s architecture. Use of neon will be included in overall design of signage etc...
