T-shirt Design Brief

We want to create a t-shirt which will be worn by our student body as well as newly accepted students. Our school ranges from Kindergarten to 9th grade, so creating something that is appeal to a wide range of students. We don't really have a mascot, but I want to create something more playful than just the logo. Some ideas:

Using a map of Pennsylvania - showing where we are

Our phrase "Where childhood shines"

We are a Quaker School

I'd like design on both the front and back - I want it to feel cool and desirable to wear.
