T-shirt Design Brief

Using heavy equipment such as bull dozers, we construct dirt location pads and roads for oil rigs to operate on. We were thinking maybe a silhouette of a dozer pushing dirt with an oilrig or 2 in the background. It is our 10 year anniversary and we would like that in the design or 2007-2017.
I have included a picture as an example and also our logo. Our company name is RDL Excavation & Construction.
