Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new company which will primarily have an Online presence with the goal of serving customers Globally. We provide a variety of delivery solutions for learning Bookkeeping to lay persons all the way to an experienced bookkeeping looking to build their business. Delivery resources will include downloadable e-books/toolkits, webinars, ‘special’ in person courses with the Founders, and coaching limited to a few candidates.

The vision for a logo is a very image of a mind/brain/something that denotes thinking. Simple lines with black, white, aqua (electric, exciting), lemon yellow (not mustard). Some possible adds either puzzle piece or pie chart, components fitting together and thereby stronger, making more sense, etc. Also an option of the same with some bookkeeping tools coming from the mind to really nail it home that this is bookkeeping, financial services, etc.

The concept of value-add in the logo would be amazing. Gender neutral is preferred. And would like Bookkeeping Brainery text in the logo. It doesn’t have to be huge. I want this to be simple, clean and polished. Also including a sample PDF file (for inspiration) of design styles that I really like (not the content or images themselves, just the coloring and sharpness of lines).
