Graphic Design Brief

You know the stickers that college football players get for their helmets? I want to do something like that for my production workers when they exceed their production target of 1 million pounds per day. The sticker will be relatively small (about 1.5" x 2.125" - I plan to order from myhardhatstickers.com). Sticker should read "Million Pound Day!" This is going to be a fun, team-building / recognition reward... so something that our employees can feel proud about achieving a banner production day. Our hard-hats vary in color from white-blue-navy blue-black-silver... so something that has enough color to show up on a variety of backgrounds.
