Logo Design Brief

I need a Cool and Modern Typography based Logo for a new business. The company name represents a group of businesses and people that share a common purpose. Because of this, I want it to be very simple and minimalistic.
I love good typography (sans serif) by itself or a minimalistic symbol/icon. Consider a lockup/device as an option too.
Black and white only.
It needs to work well in email signatures, on flyers, web and print, on black/white/imagery backgrounds.
SEE INSPIRATION ATTACHED. But no need to be limited to it.
