Logo Design Brief

I am a real estate broker and want a simple text based logo with an easy to read unique/modern font. feel free to get creative with the font &/or characters. I would prefer a semi bold to bold design that can be used on a tshirt, business cards, signs, website etc.
My business is called RE425. RE = Real Estate, 425 is the area code I do most of my business. I am open to all characters on one line or RE above 425 but preferably works both ways. My tag line is "Real Estate in the 425" I would like the logo to be able to stand alone w/o the tagline.
Colors: I am open to your creativity but it would also have to look good in black & white
