Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Real Estate Company called iMX.

And we also need a logo for a residential called PASEO SAN ANGEL

The Real Estate Co. iMX, needs a Colorful, red and yellow, Fresh but Vanguard, luxury Logo according with Mexico Intl image.

but We are building a residential called PASEO SAN ANGEL with lower Slogan: "Un lugar Mágico". I mean, "Paseo San Angel" is the most important place and Name on logo.

PASEO SAN ANGEL is a Luxury place to live and we want a Luxury Logo with some Coat of Arms, or angeles.

iMX is the Construction Company, and we need a lower Logo in it. iMX should be a Logo more refreshing, a innovative Company, developing projects like PASEO DEL ANGEL.

iMX must have letter "i" in lowercase and "MX" in uppercase.

The logo iMX must to be printed in many things like stationary, wearable, and merchandising we need the logo in final position.

We want RED color as corporate background, like Scotiabank uses.
We need Logo, Stationery, Promos and Brochures to Real Estate Sales.

Is different idea from Real Estate from Home Development, but need something to related them.
