Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new lawn care business based out of Massapequa, NY (Long Island). I will offer basic lawn services such as: mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, sprinklers, etc. I would like to see designs that use the colors green, blue, yellow, and black/white, but am open to other designs with more color. I would like the logo to be able to transfer to black and white backgrounds. It will be on the company trailer, dump truck, shirts, letterhead, business cards, website, facebook, etc. in the future. The final design should communicate professional and quality service.

I would like the emphasis on the word "Massapequa" with the words "Mow" underneath or next to.

I am open to any style, but generally lean toward modern designs. I want it to exude professionalism and be unique. This will be on a enclosed trailer that is black and needs to POP. It needs to be able grab people's attention.
