Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Perth, Western Australia. We are an electrical business.
We would like the design to include:
a light green highlight colour, similar to a logo i found on design crowd attached. Other colours that can be used for text etc: Navy Blue/ Black, white and grey/silver
We will also need a logo for a dark t-shirt and a transparent logo
If a modern green light bulb could be included to indicate energy efficiency that would be great (other ideas to dictate energy efficiency will also be considered)
