Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for a new business website called "Duck Lease". The logo I'm looking for is fairly flat, uses a friendly face and incorporates a duck character mixed with symbology representing realestate.

The design must be able to be printable in black and white and look professional.

Ideally we're looking for a logo which while professional gives a warm happy feeling and incorporates yellow, orange and/or red too.

I'm looking for a professional logo which incorporates a professional sans-serif font and a character. Here's an example of a tyre company who has a character as their logo: http://logok.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Michelin-Tire-Man-logo.png
