Web Design Brief

I currently have a wordpress site that needs some work. I would like to revitalize what we currently have to look more modern and up-to-date.
I want to be able to easily post pictures from new jobs and have a link to my own blog (not yet online). My current website can be found at www.selzcontracting.com

the attached pictures are a site I built in Muse. i really like that sort of theme.


PLEASE NOTE: I am not interested in completely remaking the site, simply adding more functionalty and spicing it up a bit. (more animation, interactive elements, layering, etc...)

Requirements

Must have

• Updateable photo bank displaying pictures from recent jobs that we can easily change and update. An embedded youtube pane showing our most recent video via our youtube channel. Animation and/or transition effects. The small circular logos must stay (I would like to see these be used with animation/transitional effects.
• Must be consistent with other marketing material. This can be found on our facebook page or in the power point file attached.
• Must use colors and fonts found at www.selzcontracting.com

Nice to have

• Stock photos available if needed.

Should not have

• changes in logo design or re wording of text (use lorim ipsum if needed)
• No multiple pages, redesigning fonts
