Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new restaurant based in a small country near Milan, close to Ticino river. This local is an old mill, with a stone wheel so we would like to valorize this point. Also the name is important because there are so many restaurant with similar name "i gemelli" (in english twins --> The name comes from the two chefs, twins, owners of the venue) so the second name Salis must be emerge.
In attachement some picture of the local (next days we will paint it in yellow colour).
in the first image you can see the wheel of the old mill.

• My project must have a symbol (maybe a mill with stone wheel or twins such as chefs !?!?)

• "Salis" could be on top or in the middle of the logo, not obligatory at the end

• a mill with stone wheel (also the stone wheel Hand-drawn) or twins such as chefs (not typical symbol of horoscope)

Should not have

• not classic symbol restaurant as fork, kinfe, etc,... or meat & fish
