Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer designed to discuss our recently launched Property Management division. We are an executive recruiting firm based in Dallas dedicated to the commercial real estate industry. We have historically only worked on investment related positions (acquisitions, development, asset management, etc.) The Property Management division represents our entry into operational positions. We will be placing Property Managers, Leasing Managers, Building Engineers and Property Accountants. The final design should incorporate our existing look and feel - but open to advancing that look as well. I have the logo in vector formats.

• Our clients are professional investors so would not like to see images that are too whimsical.
