Arias Development Inc. is a new business.
Arias is the family last name. I am starting a new business, I am starting from the bottom and doing simple renovations, In the future I will develop new residential/commercial sub divisions. I am also keeping some of these properties as rental investments.
I have 2 sons and I would like to leave a heritage for them to run and manage. I am looking for a deign that will transcend time. This business will grow and has to be relevant in 50yrs from now.
