Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an Orthodontic Specialty office in Merrick Long Island.
We treat Children and Adults using braces and Invisalign ( clear aligners).
I would like a logo that incorporates my name : David Sukoff

I'm open to suggestions on colors, preferably two toned. Maybe a "pop of color" may work too
I like modern/sleek/simple yet edgy designs. Nothing too cute ( no teeth or mouth images please) think modern and edgy very up to date and Trendy. All lower case letters or all upper case letters. open to ideas
