Art Design Brief

We're an executive coaching/leadership development firm for professional women. I'd like an illustration almost exactly like the one attached entitled Blueprint that gives a high-level overview of the process. (Except obviously I want you to use the steps I outline below, and art that matches each of those steps--as in, not copying the one I'm sending, it's just an example. :) I'm also attaching a copy of my logo and the color codes. I'd like the illustration to be done in those colors.

The steps are:
1. Mine for Goals
2. Identify Your Key Values (maybe a graphic of a key, or a list)
3. Ask Experts What They Value About You (maybe a graphic of someone thinking)
4. Zero in on your Genius Zone (maybe a graphic of a target)
5. Create a Strategic Growth Plan (maybe a picture of a calendar)
6. Engrain New Mental Habits (maybe a picture of a brain)
7. Enlist Help (perhaps two people shaking hands
