Advertisement Design Brief

We would like an advertisement that looks like a classic music album cover. Any time period is fine, preferably one that resembles a highly recognizable artist/cover.
Must include male (Dr. Gebhard) and the logo. Female is good to include, but not necessary. We are a family practice that is open everyday with evening and weekend appointments. While this is an ad for a medical practice, NOT looking like a typical healthcare ad is very important. We are open to a design that would be a "new" ablum/cd/etc cover, but looks like it might be for music....
