Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new cloud-based accounting and tax consulting firm for small businesses across the USA called Holtax Inc. We have a value-added pricing model that bills on a monthly basis. We would like to see a colorful and vibrant design that conveys elements of peace of mind, trust and reliability.

We provide a complete solution to the headaches every small business in the US has: unemployment insurance, filing the necessary monthly and quarterly tax forms, monthly state and local sales taxes in the area they do business, business licenses and/or permits, corporation biennial and annual filings, workmen’s comp insurance if they have employees, payroll. Soon health insurance will be added to the mix.

It's not that the business owners can't do the monthly paperwork for the taxing authorities. It's just that it's mundane, time-consuming, and they might make mistakes if they are not careful with the numbers.

Target Market(s)

Our target market/audience are small business owners in their 30s and 40s who started their small business because they are passionate about what they do. They want to focus on growing their businesses and we can help them get there by taking away the mundane monthly tasks of dealing with taxing authorities.
