Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for Northwest Coastal Housing. This is an organizing that provides housing for low income people or homeless people. So these are apartments usually.

They want a logo that feels bright and colorful. Something that inspires HOPE for people who've had it hard. Their motto is "Because everyone needs a place to call home." We don't want that motto in the logo...I'm just telling you so you have a sense of who this logo is for.

The logo will be used on business cards, social media marketing, and a website.

They like the colors turqoise, red and orange.

I'm attaching a logo that they like.

It's important that the logo incorporates a coastal feel...so something related to the ocean or waves. So...housing, and ocean.

Target Market(s)

There are two primary markets. They are targeting donors and organizations that will fund the affordable housing projects. So they want to appeal to funders.

In addition, they want the site to be a useful resource for people looking for affordable housing.
