Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a consultancy group specializing in High Rise Buildings (Commercial, Condominiums, and Hotels). We help manage mechanical assets, customer service, provide analytics of performance with reporting. We would like High Rise Towers to be a portion of the logo, the acronym HPI bold and classic with the definition of the acronym below (HighRise Performance Index). We like the classic stylings (gatsby-esque) this logo will additionally be turned into a certification plaque award with Five Towers being the pinnacle. The Logo should represent leadership, prestige, improvement and aiming high.
