Payment will be guaranteed after seeing the designs, I had a bad exp. before and we are here for making money and business, its not a playground so you can fully confident to submit your works. Thank you.

I agree with the last Designer post. Guaranteed Payment would give a worthwhile Designer more confidence in the effort they put forward. (For Free, until they get paid.) In addition, for the amount of work you require for your project supersedes the amount you offer for payment. If you work out the time per dollar, it comes out to pennies on the hour for this project, not counting DesignCrowds fee they take before we get paid. Depending on what country the designer hails from; there is the consideration of currency conversion. For example: You offer C270, which equals $209 US.That is before the DesignCrowd service fee. That roughly comes out to $167 US. To work out a design that would be worthy of putting on the shelves, and to conform to FDA, and other governing bodies' labeling requirements - It would be safe to assume that a minimum of 8 hours would need to be invested to get a reasonable design, for you to dissect and offer changes. Then after changes, maybe another 8 hours. Now, that is 16 hours to start with. If you work out the per hour breakdown for just that phase, based on the amount you offer for Award, would be roughly $10 per hour. Some of the designers, actual designers who have an Education in Graphic Design, have spent up wards of $50-60k on their education. Those designers have the knowledge and artistic capability to translate your Creative Brief to a Glorious Reality for you. You offer pennies for what, in the end, you plan make a considerable amount of profit for, IF the Design is Worthy enough to POP OUT on the Shelf.

Please consider what you demand and what you have to offer. If you want to make a Big Splash with your Juices, then be willing to invest equally.

I agree with you totaly. There is only one problem. A Huge majority of "Designers" don't even have one day of GD university. At maximum, they have some courses of how to use a software. The majority of work is copy-paste of already existing designs..... But coming to this websites to purchase design is the risky job. If you want 100% professional and secure way, go to any studio and pay for work. Everage designers hourly pay in Canada is 20$ us. So think about how much you invest, and what you get.

Thank you for your interesting into my project and I have couple things that need to be clear.

My project offer is C$389 for designs with similar style, you get the deduction because DesignCrowd help buyer and supplier meet together. I believe anyone have put works on, they need to get paid. fairly simple.

After I read your entire message and only thing I see is you are concerning for a guaranteed payment so that you are sure that you will get paid after your work done. General speaking, we want the designs, and you want the value of your work. I will be and must pay you money for your work. I can make the guaranteed payment for you but can you guaranteed your design will make me happy as I treated fairly first ? We are working on trust and believing each other, therefore, if no trust => cant work, no moving forward.

We are all here for business and making long term relationship, and we have to follow the normal rules. According to your sample, the designer tuition fees and hours of work, it will be a bit challenge and take you longer to finish because you are never done it before, if you have done some work, It will help and I even send you a draft ideas to start with plus your experiments. If you can make me surprise and happy with your designs, I will bonus more for you, that is how business happen for over 100 years. You can ask for what you have done. It just how you getting a job interview, will you say to the company that the company need to pay you first then you work, or you have to be on probation first then get real salary paid. You can request for your salary only if the company have known or seen your amazing projects before. you can submit me your previous projects if you have done any. its your choice. I am here to find a good designs and pay for it. that's simple.
