Looking for a logo design for a company that is based around Real Estate Investing. The company buys and sells Multi Family Properties (Apartment Complexes) The company raises money through passive investors that fund the properties that are fixed up and resold in the future for profit. The Logo should be clean, professional, straightforward. No pictures or clip art of houses or apartments. That's too cheesy. The companies customers are very wealthy so the logo will be seen by investors, Property management companies, listing brokers, bankers and lenders. You can play with the initials TSG or SG. Needs to be professional. Colors suggested: Blue, Grey, Black, Red/Grey, Orange/Grey or Black. No Green. Too cheesy. Design should communicate profit, growth potential, investing, wealth, etc.
