Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an established catholic community in Singleton NSW. Our Parish is St Patrick's Singleton. It incorporates three churches. The Diocese has created a modern logo which we would like to have our own which has a similar feel.
We would like the logo to go on letterheads, banners and marketing.
Currently we use the photo of the church in promotional material. The photo is not easily used for marketing purposes.
The Parish school St Catherine's Catholic College has a simple celtic cross as the logo. Either a combination of the celtic cross and the parish church or a stylised image of the church would be our preference.
We have a river that runs through our town and are situated in the middle of the Hunter Valley.
he Parish has was established in Singleton in 1850's.
