Hi Project Owner,
We went through your brief. It's a good one. But before proceeding, we must let you know something very important.

As per the project type, the final deliverable will be only design file made in Photoshop in JPG format and PSD format.

As per the mentioned budget, it is fair enough to design the main page i.e. HOME page design and one common inner page only. To get the other pages design you need to increase the budget.

To get the HTML/CSS and then development in WordPress or in any other coding platform is totally a different project.
You can decide this part later with the winner designer if he/she will able to provide development.
