Web Design Brief

We need a website design for our home building business based in west Texas called Sand Creek homes. We build new construction for potential homeowners in Amarillo. Currently we do not have any completed construction, but we have floor plans and architectural drawings of the front elevation. The website would need to be able to properly advertise a architectural drawing, floor plans, and descriptive content at the initial phase. The website will need to be simple but professional with generic picture content.
The website will need the ability to be updated in the future for the additions of home pictures, and video content and virtual tours of the homes.
