We are looking for a dynamic Brochure that can highlight our areas of focus, experience and expertise.
We have a small but seasoned team of professionals in the organisation and want to showcase our ability to provide Growth and / or exit solutions for our clients.
We are a boutique firm and want to focus on showcasing the fact that we strive for excellence and quality and not quantity.
Our core business avtivity at this time is Sell Side M&A services (this means that we sell private businesses). We are unique in our approach to "partnering businesses" with other companies...not just selling them. We focus more on the "strategic fit" of the potential partner rather than the simple valuation that a potential partner (buyer) would place on the company.
We have really been focusing on "GROWTH and EXIT" strategies for private business owners. Customers usually talk to us for 1 of two main reasons. Their businesses are usually very stable or rapidly growing , often to a point where the owners are no longer comfortable running them on their own. They often need capital for expansion or a team to help them expand their business into other countries and markets. for this we look for a solution for them and often it is finding them a strategic partner who will want to buy the majority of the business. There are also the clients that are looking for an exit strategy (typically they are older and getting ready to retire) they are typically seeking for a way to exit the business (sell the business).
A tagline I often use is "Customer Vision" - We see our customers business and needs through their eyes.

Ideally we'd be interested in a square shaped marketing document (signifies strength and solidness in the business/opportunity) - either 5x5 or 7x7 size in a 4-6 page (double-sided) saddle-stitched booklet.
