Brochure Design Brief

Design a 2-page 81/2" x 11'' brochure (front and back) that includes our logo and some pictures. We need it in a format that we can print from and edit. Word or PDF would be good. We need to be able to give the file to a printing company or FedEx office for them to print for us. We conduct frequent employee surveys as well as providing coaching to employees and managers around the data. Our goal is to get employees engaged in continuous improvement and in making their teams and workplace the best it can be. We have been in business for 20 years and this is an extension of what we have been doing in the past. Bringing the ownership of engagement and improvement to the employees rather than having managers responsible for employee engagement and process improvement. Our Energy metric is research based and predicts performance. Our web site is www.eepulse.com. I've attached a Word document with our first pass at content. Please improve greatly on this.
