Book Cover Design Brief

I need an attractive cover that illustrates someone transitioning from the military into civilian life. I need it to include Army, Navy and the RAF so it includes all 3 services. The title is more important than the picture as it is not a novel, I suppose it would come under the self up genre. Ideally the end version of someone not being in a standard suit and tie but more of a casual look. It is quite a niche book so an outstanding cover is needed. My name would be on the bottom right hand corner of the book ideally The title of the book is: Resettle An authentic guide for those leaving the armed forces and entering the corporate world. The book size will be 5X8 via Amazon self publishing I am not sure how the blurb is added so please let me know if you need it.
