Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new salon focused on providing express root touch up services, blow out and twist out services for it's customers. The salon will also provide a full menu of salon services. Another key element is we will be providing education to employees to give them foundational skills that they can use to excel in the the industry.

We would like to go with a roots theme, earth tones, wood. The final design should be relaxed, modern and clean.

I've uploaded pictures of the salon itself to show what the space looks like.
