Logo Design Brief

Real Estate Team looking for a VINTAGE/RETRO logo design that incorporates the Manhattan Beach Pier into our logo.

We sell real estate in the beach cities of Southern California, and I'd like for the image that I've attached of the Manhattan Beach Pier to be incorporated into the center of the logo. Perhaps through the middle, but open to your ideas. There's both a silhouette and photos of what the pier looks like.

I have included pictures of the pier and what it looks like down near the pier area to inspire you. Please don't just cut and paste the stock photos I pulled from Google Images. I'd prefer a hand drawn image or perhaps a silhouette like samples I've included below.

PIROZZOLO
RESIDENTIAL

**Please note: I prefer that the letters are capitalized like shown above.
BARBA should always appear before PIROZZOLO, BUT, please make them proportionately sized to each other. One shouldn't overpower the other.

Note: NO HOUSES in the logo. We want to keep it a beach city theme, and while we sell real estate, we don't want houses in this logo.

• Must have the pier in it.

Nice to have

• Sunset, waves, blue sky, sunset sky, palm trees if it makes sense.
• It's ok to have a red tiled roof on the structure at the end of the pier.

Should not have

• NO houses, NO homes.
