Logo Design Brief

OUR COMPANY:

WickedBit is a newly formed cloud-computing company that operates in the UK and Australia. We are a creative, forward-thinking business that works at the very edge of new technology. We help businesses improve business performance through cost effective, accessible, easy to use solutions.

We have two core business activities:

• Consulting: Assisting with the assessment, implementation and customisation of cloud-technology.
• Applications: The development of cloud-based Applications that improve business performance.

OUR COMPANY NAME:

Our company name, WickedBit, captures our business perfectly:

• Wicked: We are at the edge of technology. We bring great ideas – something wicked – to the table. We are NOT boring and dull. We are nimble, creative, innovative and energetic.
• Bit: The word ‘bit’ goes to the heart of what we do because a ‘bit’ is the basic unit of information in computing.

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:

We would like a logo that reflects our core values of strength, innovation, energetic and edginess. We are happy with a logo that is text only, but would also consider a logo that incorporates a simple symbol/icon.

The text can be in lower case (wickedbit), title case (WickedBit) or upper case (WICKEDBIT). We aren't fussy, so long as the words can be distinguished from each other.

We haven’t decided on a colour scheme, so we are open to ideas. But we want it to be catchy, energetic and professional. We do NOT want red and would like to avoid boring corporate blue (funky blue is ok).
