Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a beach wave, mixed with our current logo colors. The wave needs to extend off the existing logo, to where the wave blends in with "the" and "spa"...I am wanting one large wave to almost look like its about to crash in to the the logo..so where the "e" and "a" are on the logo, that's where the wave should start, and I want the wave to be large enough to where the top of it is over "the" in our logo.
Where the wave curves around to the top, i would like to add on the outside edge "Fort Worth, TX '13" or "Fort Worth, TX Est. 2013" or "Keeping you cool since 2013" ...not sure which will look best.
Most importantly, the wave first, and then figure out the quote.
